AGE: 5 ages.
ÁREA O MATTER: Knowledge of self and personal autonomy.
CONTENTS:
Block 1: The body and the own image.
- The human body.
- Exploration of own body.
- Identification and progressive aprovval of the own characteristics.
- The corporal scheme.
- Identification and control of the different corporal parts.
OBJECTIVES: Relating to the area, the educational intervention will aim at the
development of the following capabilities:
- Knowing and representing his body, his elements, discovering possibilities of action and expression, and coordinating and controlling each time with bigger precision facial expressions and movements.
- Making his behavior suitable to the needs and requests of the other ones, developing attitudes and extra habits, help and collaboration, avoiding behaviors of submission or command behavior to the needs and request of the other ones
TIME: The duration of this sequence will be of two week (10 hours).
RESOURCES OR MATERIALS:
- Photocopies of the activity 4, scissors, glue,
one giant ball (decathlon), paint of finger, newspaper, templates, frames, game
twister, bookbinders, photocopies of the activity 11
SEQUENCE OF DETAILED
ACTIVITIES
Activity 1: “IDEA-SHARING SESSION”.
Time: 1
hour.
In the first activity we will realize a “Idea-sharing session” and we will talk about the theme and previous knowledge.
Here I will show
them a presentation created by me about the vocabulary : “The parts of the
body”.
Activity 2: FAMILY PUMKIN
Time:
1 hour.

During the
reproduction of the videos, the children will have to repeat the different
parts of the body and to indicate them to him, observing the teacher, which you
will go stopping periodically to do stress in each part of the body and the
teacher will write them in the blackboard.
*These videos of
the family pumkin are very commendable to work in children of infantile
education.
Activity 3: THE SURGEONS (LOS CIRUJANOS).
Time: 30
minutes
The children will be the surgeons for a day. The teacher will divide the
classroom in groups of five children.
The game is called “The surgeons” and it
will involve operating:
First, the children will get into green dressing gowns and a
cap. (The teacher will take charge of the clothing)
Second, a member of the group will lie down at the gym's
ground.
Next, one of the group will be the first to operate to the
central patient and the part that the teacher indicate will bring about. This
activity will come true with the rest of the companions' help.
And finally, the members of the group will go changing and the
teacher will point the winning group.
Activity 4: PUZZLE PUPPET
Time: 30
minutes.
For couples, they
will have to form a Jigsaw puzzle, relating each part to his vocabulary in
English.
First, they will trim pieces.
Second, they will join pieces.
And finally, they will infect with the name of the parts of the
body where they correspond.
Activity 5 y
6: GIANT HEAD
Time: 2
hours.
Enter wholes we
will construct a giant head, for it it is necessary to follow the following
steps:
- They all will glue newspapers to a giant ball's surroundings. (DECATHLON)
- Next, they will paint the boll with paint of finger.
- Allowing to dry and ask how they have fared
- On the following day, they will decoratihng the giant head.
- Now they will construct:
- The eyes
- The mouth
- The ears
- The nose
- And the hair.

created with some templates and the helps of teache.
Activity 7: TWISTER
Time: 1 hour.
This activity is a imitation game twister but translate english and adapted
to children of five ages.
The chessboard will be placed itself in the center of the ground.
They will play for couples and they will obey the teacher's indications:
LEFT FOOT
RIGHT FOOT
RIGHT HAND
LEFT HAND
And the colors will be:
Red, yellow, blue and green.
For example: The left foot to red colour.
The game will eliminate the players that make a mistake.
Activity 8: Song "Head, shoulder,
knees and toes".
Time: 1 hour.
In this activity the children have to coordinate the movements with the
song.
First, the
teacher will not stop the song.
Second, the teacher
will stop the song and they have to repeat it.
And finally, they will
sing and they will dance at the same time.

Activity 9: MY BODY
This activity will realize in groups for five children.
A member of the group will lie down in the ground and the silhouette will
show him its profile with a paintbrush and black paint in a continuos paper.
After, each little boy will be photographed.
And finally, an exposition with all the photos framed by the classroom in
order that parents may visit her will be inaugurated.
Activity 10: ARTICULATED PUPPET (Muñeco
articulado)
Time: 1 hour
The activity consist in creating a articulated puppet. Following the next instructions:
- Coloring the drawing.
- Trimming the drawing.
- Making holes the marked places.
- Putting the bookbinders into the holes.
Activity 11: BYE, BYE HUMAN BODY
Time: 1 hour
The teacher will ask the children:
- Have you seemed interesting to you?
- Have you liked?
- Would you have liked to work out for another different theme?
- Has there been any discursión or problem?
- Have it cost a lot of work to you or to been easy?
- Are you content for your parents's visitor?
And finally, A contest of the best human body will come true .
Each little boy will draw his idea of human body in a folio that will be picked up at the end of the classroom by the teacher.

CRITERIA OF EVALUATION
Relating to the criteria of evaluation, the educational intervention will
have like evaluation the development of the following objectives of
evaluation:
- Giving sign of a progressive knowledge of his corporal scheme and of an increasing control of his body, global and sectorially, manifesting confidence in his possibilities and I respect the other ones.
The development of the tone, view and equilibrium, respiratory control will
be observed or driving coordination and you evaluate the utilization of the
driving possibilities, sensitive plants and expressive of the own body.
They will have to be able to acknowledge to and to name the different parts
of the body and to locate them spacely, in his own body and in the one
belonging to the other ones.
And the respect and approval for the characteristics of the other ones,
without discriminations of no type will be evaluated equally, and showing
how-to attitudes and collaboration.
- Taking part in games, showing motive skillful actions and abilities manipulatives, and regulating the expression of sentiments and emotions.
The active participation will be evaluated in several types of games and
utilzation of the standards that are governed.
Willl observe him also the development of the driving elements that are
manifested in displacements, is going, race or leaps; as well as
coordination and control of abilities manipulatives of courteous character that
each activity requires.
And the manifestation and progressive regulation of sentiments, emotions,
collaboration will be appraised positively and you help that you causes the own
dynamics of the various activities.
